Hi! I am Shannon, mom, and therapist.

 

I decided to specialize in maternal mental health after experiencing postpartum anxiety with my first born, and strong feelings of insecurity in new motherhood. This inspired me to become the counselor I wish I had; someone to remind mothers that they are enough.

 

I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) in the state of Ohio. I have completed advanced training from Postpartum Support Internal and I am working towards my Perinatal Mental Health Certification.

 

Besides being a therapist, I’m also a mom to two girls. We live in Northeast Ohio, and when the weather cooperates, you’ll usually find us outside exploring local parks and nature centers together.
